Prerequisite for Anthology Raise and Encompass Integration

Configurations for Data Integration
The following configurations must be performed in the Anthology Raise system to enable integration with Encompass:
Review and Update the Predefined Field Mapping Templates
In the predefined field mapping templates for the Raise and Encompass data integration, perform the following steps:
- Use the excel workbook to check what predefined fields have been delivered already mapped.
- Set the dataset values (update the integration mappings to set the appropriate Encompass and Raise choice list values used in your instance).
Configure the Frequency for Data Integration
The frequency of data integration between Anthology Raise and Encompass needs to be configured in the flows available in Anthology Raise. The following table provides information on the Flows and the default recurrence settings for sending and retrieving data from Encompass.
