Deleted Drafts

Once emails have been deleted, they appear on the Deleted Drafts tab.

From this tab, you can delete emails permanently or restore them to draft status.

Select the gear icon and choose Restore to return the email to the Drafts tab of the Email Home page.  Choose Delete to permanently delete the email.

You can also use the More Options menu to restore or permanently delete more than one email at a time. Select the box for multiple emails, then select the More Options menu and choose Restore or Delete.

If you choose to restore an email through either the gear icon or the More Options menu, a confirmation pop-up will appear. Upon confirmation, the email is moved back to the Drafts tab.

If you choose to permanently delete an email through either the gear icon or the More Options menu, that action cannot be undone. The system displays a warning pop-up to confirm deletion of the draft.
