Confirmation emails offer an additional touch point and are automatically sent to the user after the completion of a gift, event registration, membership, or regular form. Confirmation emails can be configured using the WYSIWYG editor to include text, images, and additional branding to match your brand identity. In addition, as constituents have already self-identified a connection to your organization, adding call to action buttons in your confirmation email can help further promote engagement.
To help aid in the customization of these confirmation emails, Anthology has created some sample HTML to help in these best practices. Below are links for each of the four different form types. As an admin, you will have the ability to further edit and customize these confirmation emails.

PRO TIP: Also customize the subject line of confirmation emails to include the word “Confirmation” or “Thank you” and use the token ##Form Name## so that it will pick up the name you have given your form.
