The information below relates to the Negative Outcomes section of the Cross Email Metrics on the Email Reporting homepage.
When you click on one of the links, you will be moved to a new area where you will be able to filter by date range and subscription category. If you are at GID 1 or the top-level community, you will be able to pull in information for all GIDs, sites, or sub-communities.
NOTE: Checking the box to display metrics for all sub-communities will cause a GID column to be added to the grids.
Click the Apply button in order to utilize the filter selections.
The headings (Bounces, Unopens, Unsubscribes, Flagged as Spam) can be clicked on to look at a different negative outcome.
NOTE: When looking at the Negative Outcomes grid for each option, the Email Name will be linked so you can move directly to specific message details.
Bounces
Items will be shown here if an email message could not be successfully delivered to the recipient's inbox for some reason.
The following grid will be shown. The information can be exported.
Unopens
Items will be shown here if a message wasn't opened.
The following grid will be shown. The information can be exported.
Unsubscribes
Items will be shown here if a recipient clicked the unsubscribe link in a message.
NOTE: If you compare this report to the Opt-Out report, the files may not match. If someone opts back into an Email Category, they will be excluded in the Opt-Out report but they would still be included in this report since they took the action to unsubscribe.
NOTE: Both of the unsubscribe tokens will be looked at.
The following grid will be shown. The information can be exported.
Flagged as Spam
Items will be shown here if a recipient marks an email as spam and iModules is notified by the mail server.
