In Legacy Email, you will no longer be able to schedule emails after February 28, 2019 at 7:00 PM CST.

Email Reporting

Drill-Down - Time Range Increase

Ability to view drill-down data in Email Reporting has been increased from 275 days to 400 days.

Recipient Drill-Down - View Recipients

An additional recipients view of all recipients is now available in the left navigation. In this view you will also be able to search for a specific recipient to retrieve their drill-down information. This will follow the same time range of all drill-down data for email reporting. The current range is the past 400 days.

Reporting Dashboard Export - Addition of Category

Email category has now been added to the export report on the Email Reporting Dashboard.

Leaderboard Goals - Moved to February Release

The Rugby Club wants to set a goal of $5,000 and see how their donations are tracking? Now they can. Schools have the ability to set a Goal for a given designation in Leaderboard based on dollars or participation. (ENC-35735)

Commerce/Payment Gateways

PayPal Transactions & Appeal Codes

Using appeal codes on PayPal transactions will persist through steps in the URL as well as during the transactions.  In turn, this will display in reporting.  (ENC-35724)

Events

Event Form Configuration

Corrects an issue where activities listed at the end of a step were not having their respective activity instructions displayed to the admin or constituent views of an event form. (ENC-35980)

Email Marketing

Emails Stuck in Queue and 0 Intended/0 Actual Recipients

Additional logging and research around this issue has lead to fixes being deployed in this release  that accounts for all currently known stuck-in-Queued scenarios. 

Reporting

Reconciliations - Events, Membership and Campaigns

Resolved an issues where reconciliation reports would render a blank screen. (ENC-35439)

Optimized Reports

Resolved delivery issues where scheduled reports were not sending at the frequency requested. (ENC-35560)

Remedied an issue where selecting specific activities or categories in event reporting was not selecting the appropriate fields.(ENC-35573)

Additional Improvements

Standardized the data type of the commerce instance identifier fields to reduce unnecessary resources in reading and writing the values. This allows for quicker response times in queries relating to commerce (e.g. reconciliation reports, GTE, web service transaction queries, etc.)
