Issue Resolution

ENC-31364 (EVENTS): Activity driven events with both fee driven and non-fee driven activities, with the event designated as a template, now appropriately send confirmation emails.

ENC-31357 (EVENT REPORTING): Events/Campaigns Reporting Admin and Events/Campaigns Data Entry Admin can now use the Find Member record feature.
