When it comes to logging into your Anthology website with another social media account, it all began with Facebook Connect, which allowed your constituents to tie their Facebook login credentials to their login on your Anthology website. The third-party authentication options have now been expanded to include Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Gmail, Yahoo, and Open ID. This is called Anthology Connect. You can see which authentication option your constituents are most often using by looking at your Member Site Statistics and using the Tracking Actions.
Navigate to Members > Site Statistics >Tracking Actions to see ALL the different types of logins so that you can better understand how your constituents are interacting with your website and how you might better communicate with your constituents to increase engagement.
Anthology Connect is free – you just need to contact your account representative or Application Support if you’re interested.
