Notre Dame gave a 10 minute presentation at Sizzler 2011 entitled “Token-Driven Content: How Notre Dame Brings Giving to Its Alumni.” This presentation demonstrated how the Notre Dame Development Department displays a personalized and comprehensive Giving History to their Alumni/Donors using token data on a large scale. Token driven content allowed them to go from displaying 4 fields (which was actually creating more questions and work for their staff) to nearly 100 fields, which:
- Created valued content for the donor
- Decreased the phone call load on the Donor Services staff
By displaying this information, donors have a clearer picture of their giving and feel more in control of their involvement.
