The Manage Accounts tab will display the accounts of people who need some type of security action taken on their account.  Members and admins will only be in the grid if their record is locked.  By default, member records are never locked, and admin records are only locked after 10 invalid login attempts.

1. Select the Key  dropdown menu and choose Security Settings.

2. Click the Manage Accounts tab.

  • The   icon allows you to reset the password for the person you selected in the grid.
  • The   icon allows you to unlock the account for the person you selected in the grid.
  • The   icon allows you to edit the email address on file for the person you selected in the grid. The email address on file drives the password reset feature.
  • The   icon launches a new window with that person's profile displayed so it can be edited.
  • The   icon allows you to toggle between disabling/enabling a person's profile.
