Overview

Attached is a matrix of the default columns that are included when generating an export.

  • Custom Fields - All fields from the form that are included in the 'selected' column of the field selector. If these fields are moved from the 'selected' column to the 'available' column, the fields will not show up in the report.
  • Volunteer Fundraising Fields - These fields show up even if Volunteer Fundraising is not enabled on the event.
  • Event Fields - This would include ticket, SKU, total price paid for the event.
    • Activity Fields - This includes ticketing fields or RSVP fields for the event.
    • Transaction information will show up in an RSVP event with activities if there is commerce on the event.
