Global Email Opt-Out
Adding the Global Email Opt-Out checkbox field to the Profile form will allow you to unsubscribe a constituent from receiving ALL Email Marketing and Groups communication from ALL communities (top level and sub-communities).
Adding the Global Email Opt-Out field to the Profile Form
- Select the Admin Only tab on the Profile Form.
- Click Manage Category and select Add Existing Field from the dropdown.
- Select the Global Email Unsubscribe field from the list of quick fields.
- Click Select Fields.
- A checkbox field will be added to your Profile Form.
Checking the box for a constituent will remove them from ALL Email Marketing and Groups communication from ALL communities (top level and sub-communities). Member-to-member communication won’t be impacted.
