Registrant Confirmation Email
The person registering for the event will receive a confirmation email with a link to edit the event registration. The confirmation will include information for the registrant and all of the guests. The Registrant's Email with commerce will include the following by default:
- There will be introductory verbiage letting the email recipient know that they have registered for the event.
- Event Details - The Event Name, Date, Time, and Location will be displayed.
- Billing and Credit Card Information - If the event included a fee or commerce, the billing information and credit card information will be displayed. The fields from the billing page are displayed with the values entered by the primary registrant and the credit card type with the last four digits of the card are displayed.
- Registrant Information - Registration details pull in the name of the Registrant step as the main header, the primary registrant's name as the sub-header and the fields that exist on the registrant step.
- Guest Information - Guest details pull in the name of the Guest step as the main header, the Guest's name as the sub-header and the fields that exist on the guest step. If the event is set up to not collect guests or the primary registrant didn't add any guests, this section will not display.
- Activity Details - All activities with the Activity Name, Date, Time and Location will be displayed with each registrant listed below. If the event is set up not to include activities or the primary registrant didn't select to attend any activities, this section will not display. The activities and the categories appear in the the confirmation email in the order they appear on the Event Form.
Below is an example for a Fee-Driven Event with Guests and Activities:
The Primary Registrant's confirmation can be configured by the admin through Manage Form > Member Confirmation Email. The following tokens are supported:
- Commerce Form Data
- Form Data
- Form No Blanks
- Event Form Data
- Event Form No Blanks
- Campaign Form Data
- Campaign Form No Blanks
The following is what will be configured by default for the Primary Registrant's confirmation email:
You have registered for [Form Name]. The details are below.
[Event Summary]

Editing the Member Confirmation Email
1. From Manage Form choose Member Confirmation Email.
2. Modifications can be made to the From name, the Email From address and the Subject.
3. Administrators can also be added to receive the member email by checking Check here to add others to receive copies of this email.
4. A default message body is provided; however, changes can be made.
5. Click Save to save your changes.

Guest Confirmation Email
A guest confirmation email will be sent to each guest that has the 'Send the guest a copy of the confirmation email' option enabled. The guest confirmation email will only include event information and activities that they are registered to attend. By default, the guest email will include:
- There will be introductory verbiage letting the email recipient know that they have been registered for the event by the Primary Registrant.
- Event Details - The Event Name, Date, Time, and Location will be displayed.
- Guest Information - Guest details pull in the name of the Guest step as the main header, the Guest's name as the sub-header and the fields that exist on the guest step.
- Activity Details - All activities for which the guest is registered will be displayed with the Activity Name, Date, Time and Location.
Guest confirmation emails cannot be configured by the admin.
Admin Confirmation Email
The admin confirmation email will include information for the registrant and all of the guests. The default email will be similar to the email that is sent to the primary registrant with the following items:
- There will be introductory verbiage letting the admin know that someone has completed a registration on the event form.
- Event Details
- Transaction Summary
- Billing and Credit Card Information
- Registrant Information
- Guest Information
- Activity Details
The Edit registration link will not appear in the admin confirmation email.
The Admin Confirmation Email can be configured through Manage Form > Admin Confirmation Email. The following tokens will be supported:
- Commerce Form Data
- Form Data
- Form No Blanks
- Event Form Data
- Event Form No Blanks
- Campaign Form Data
- Campaign Form No Blanks
The following is what will be configured by default for the Admin's Confirmation Email:
##First Name## ##Last Name## (##CONSTITUENT_ID##) has completed the ##Form Name## Event. Details of the registration are below.
Editing the Admin Confirmation Email
1. From Manage Form choose Admin Confirmation Email.
2. Modifications can be made to the From name, the Email From address and the Subject.
3. Additional Administrators can receive the email by typing in the email address and clicking Add.
4. A default message body is provided; however, changes can be made.
5. Click Save to save your changes.
Additional Confirmation Email Business Rules
If the admin registers on behalf of the member and adds guest, at the end they are given the option to send an email to the member. This will also send emails to the guests if the option was enabled during the registration process.
Review / Finish Pages
The same style and layout changes have been applied to the Registrant's Review and Finish pages. By default the Primary Registrant will see the following on the Review page:
- There will be verbiage telling the registrant to review the information for accuracy and to click submit at the bottom the page to continue.
- Event Details - The Event Name, Date, Time, and Location will be displayed
- Billing and Credit Card Information - If the event included a fee or commerce item, the billing information and credit card information will be displayed. The fields from the billing page are displayed with the values entered by the primary registrant and the credit card type with the last four digits of the card are displayed.

Tokens
The Event Summary Token displays the Event details, such as Event Name, Locations, Event Start Date, Event End Date, Event Start Time and Event End Time.
- If the Start Date and an End Date are different, then the date will show up as Start Date to End Date.
- If the Start Date and the End Date are the same, then only the Start Date will show up.
- If the Start Time and the End Time are different, then the time will show up as Start Time to End Time.
- If the Start Time and the End Time are the same, then only the Start Time will show up.
- If the Start Time and the End Time are set to midnight, neither time will show up. If an admin doesn't set a time it gets set to midnight in the database.
- If the Start Time and the End Time are both blank, the time label will not show up.
- If Event Location has a value, the location is displayed.
- If Event Location doesn't have a value, the Location label is not displayed.
Commerce Form Data Token is used to display the Transaction Summary block and the Billing Address and Credit Card Information.
Form Data - The Form Data token will display the Registrant Information, the Guest Information, the Activity Details and any additional categories on the form. This will display all fields even if their values are blank.
Form No Blanks - The Form No Blanks token will display the same information as the Form Data token, but if information is not filled out then the labels will not be displayed.
Event Form Data - The Event Form Data token will display the Registrant Information, the Guest Information, the Activity Details and any additional categories on the form. This will display all fields even if their values are blank. This should be used if Events with Donation is turned on for the event.
Event Form No Blanks - The Event Form No Blanks token will display the same information as the Event Form Data token, but if information is not filled out then the labels will not be displayed. This should be used if Events with Donation is turned on for the event.
Campaign Form Data - The Campaign Form Data token will display the donation information if the donation is received via a Donation category on the event. This will display all fields even if their values are blank.
Campaign Form No Blanks - The Campaign Form Data No Blanks token will display the donation information if the donation is received via a donation category on the event, but it will only display fields in that category that have values.
