Top 5 Events by Revenue / Top 5 Events by Registrations

On overall Event Report page, you have pie charts showing the Top 5 events by Revenue and the Top 5 Events by Registrations. You can click on the event name or the pie chart itself to view more details on the selected event. This will also take you to the Single Event Reporting page. Only active events are displayed on the pie charts.

Reconciliation Reports

Reconciliation Reports allow you to obtain a list of anyone who has purchased anything for any event within the date range you enter. The reports can be run on demand or scheduled. The reporting option is found on the main Event Reporting page.

Granting Access to only download Scheduled Reports

If you would like to grant someone the ability to create, edit, and delete reports within Events, with no other Event functionality, assign them the Events Reporting admin right.

If you would like to grant someone the ability to only download scheduled reports with no other Event functionality, please follow the steps below.

1. Create a checkbox field at the top level community or GID1 and have it drive a new role for accessing scheduled Event Reports.

2. Assign the necessary people into the role.

3. Email Customer Support a link to your scheduled report page (the one you get in your email) so they can update the page and module permissions to account for the new role you created.

People who meet this role will then be able to download scheduled reports without needing any additional Event administrative rights.

**NOTE: this will not grant people the ability to create new reports or run reports on demand. They will only be allowed to download scheduled reports.
