The Event History for the member and the admin includes registrations for all of the Event Models (Form-Driven, Fee-Driven, Activity-Driven and Simple RSVP events). Constituents will see their upcoming and past event information in the Event Transaction History on their profile.
Form-Driven
A Form-Driven registration will show up on the Admin's Event History tab. One row will be displayed with the Event name, total of any commerce items / fees on the event and activities and the date / time of the submission. Any edits to the registration are made to the existing row, meaning a new row is not displayed for each edit. There will be an option to expand the row. This will show another row with the event name and an 'Adjust' button.
Fee-Driven

Simple RSVP
A Simple RSVP registration will also show up on the Admin's Event History tab. One row will be displayed with the Event Name, Total of any commerce items on the Simple RSVP event and the date / time of the event submission. Any edits to the registration are made to the existing row, meaning a new row is not displayed for each edit. There will be an option to expand the row. This will show another row with the event name and an 'Adjust' button.
A 'No' response received on a Simple RSVP event will display in the member's event history and in the submissions grid.
Event History Child Tab
The Event History area will provide a look at the event history for the person whose name is at the top of the window.
1. To view information on another person, click Find Member Record. This will allow you to do a quick search.
2. Enter the name of the person you want to view and click the folder to search the database.
3. Select a name from the list.
4. You will now be viewing that person’s Event History.
5. If any adjustments need to be made, use Adjust. For more information on events adjustments visit Adjustments - Events. This will keep your ticketing accurate for the event. If you need to do a refund back to a person’s credit card, you will need to work with your internet merchant.
NOTE: For Events with Donations - If the event transaction has a donation associated with it, the Campaign Name will be included in parentheses behind the Event Name. The campaign name will link to the campaign history tab for the specified campaign if the admin viewing the events history has campaign admin rights.
