Profile Image – Encompass Support Center

Choose the default profile image that will display on the member Profile Page in your community. This is the image that will be used if the member has not uploaded a picture to use on their Profile Page.

Current Image - Displays the current default image being used on the member Profile Page in your community.

NOTE: The profile image that is uploaded by constituents does not go through an approval process.

Image Options:

Provided System Image: This is the image that will be used if you have not uploaded a custom image for your community.
Custom Image: Upload an image to be used as a default image on the member Profile Page in your community, for example a logo or a mascot. Uploading a new image will replace the existing default image with the new default image across the community. The default profile image will not replace profile images that have been uploaded by members. Images should be 95 x 95 pixels.

Supported file types: .jpg, .png, and .gif

Business Rules

If an admin changes the default profile image at gid1, the image will be changed in the main community and the unsealed sub-communities. It will not be changed in the sealed sub-communities.
If an admin changes the default profile image in a sealed sub-community, it will only be changed in that sealed sub-community.
If a member changes their default profile image in a sealed sub-community, it will be changed in all communities. If the member changes their default image in the main community, it will be changed in all communities.
