The Member Field Role Manager is a single view into all member field roles in the system, and the member fields that drive them. Only Super Admins have access to this function.
Search for a role
Enter the name of the role in the Role Name, Community or Status text box and click . You'll see a dropdown list of criteria for filtering your search. Select one of the options to search.
Click Role Name, Community or Status to sort Roles by those options. Roles in the grid are alphabetized by Role Name by default.
1. Click the checkbox by a role.
2. Click Edit.
3. Edit the Role Name or change the Status.
- Check the box to make the role Active.
- Uncheck the box to make the role Inactive.
3. Click Save.
