Event Registrant Limits
Registrant messaging when limits across all registrants are met on an event
When a new registrant hits the event 'registration limit across all registrants' when registering for an event the following occurs:
- The 'Add Guest' button is disabled.
- The registrant can remove a guest. If a guest is removed, the 'add guest' button is enabled to allow the registrant to add another guest.
When a new registrant goes to the Event Center page after the 'registration limits across all registrants' have been reached the following occurs:
- The 'Registration' button on the event center page is hidden.
- Messaging has been added to the top of the form in case a new registrant accesses the event through a url directly to the form: Registrations are no longer available.
- All fields on the form have been removed.
- The 'Save and Continue' button on the form is disabled..
When a registrant returns to the form after 'registration limits across all registrants' have been reached the following occurs:
- The current registration information is displayed to the registrant.
- There is a message at the top of every step on the Event form letting the registrant know the registration limits have been met.
- The 'Please do not show name on the attendee list' check box is replaced with 'Registration is no longer available' text.
- Any Fee Control or Commerce Item driving registration on the form are replaced with 'Registration is no longer available' text.
- The 'Save and Continue' button on the form remains enabled.
- The 'Add Guest' button is disabled.
- The registrant is able to make changes to their registration and to the guest registrations and proceed through the form. ex: Change a meal selection, etc.
- The registrant can remove a guest if there is no commerce associated with the guest. If a guest is removed, the 'add guest' button is enabled to allow the registrant to add another guest.

When the 'registration limits across all registrants'' is reached on the event, the following occurs when and admin is in the Data Entry Mode:
- Messaging has been added to every step of the form letting the admin know the event has reached it's registration limits.
- All of the fields on the form are hidden and the 'Save and Continue' button on the form is removed.
When the 'registration limits across all registrants'' is reached on the event, the following occurs when and admin is in the Build Entry Mode:
- Messaging has been added to every step of the form letting the admin know the event has reached it's registration limits.
- The 'Please do not show name on the attendee list' check box is replaced with 'Registration is no longer available' text.
- Any Fee Control or Commerce Item driving registration on the form are replaced with 'Registration is no longer available' text.
When an admin hits the event 'registration limit across all registrants' when registering on behalf of a new registrant the following occurs in the Data Entry Mode:
- The 'Add Guest' button is disabled.
- The registrant can remove a guest. If a guest is removed, the 'add guest' button is enabled to allow the registrant to add another guest.
When an Admin returns to the form in the Data Entry Mode and is viewing a user who has already registered after the 'registration limits across all registrants' has been reached the following occurs:
- The current registration information is displayed to the admin.
- There is a message at the top of every step on the Event form letting the registrant know the registration limits have been met.
- The 'Please do not show name on the attendee list' check box is replaced with 'Registration is no longer available' text.
- Any Fee Control or Commerce Item driving registration on the event are replaced with 'Registration is no longer available' text.
- The 'Save and Continue' button on the form remains enabled.
- The 'Add Guest' button is disabled.
- The admin is able to make changes to the primary registration and to the guest registrations and proceed through the form. ex: Change a meal selection, etc.

Activity Registrant Limits
Registrant Messaging when limits across all registrants are met on an activity with a fee when the 'turn off registration form when limit is reached' option on the activity enabled
New Registrant Mode:
When the 'registration limits across all registrants' have been reached on an activity and the option to "turn off registration form when limit is reached' option is not checked, the registrant should see the following when viewing as a member who hasn't registered:
- There is verbiage that replaces all activities that states 'The overall limit for this activity has been reached. Additional registrations are no longer available.' This should be a verbiage item.
When a registrant hits the activity 'registration limit across all registrants' when registering the following will occur:
- Once the limit is hit on the activity, any remaining guests that have not been checked to attend are disabled and there is messaging beside the disabled guests explaining that the limits have been reached.
- If the Primary Registrant unchecks a guest on the activity, then they are able to select another guest.
- We have also added messaging within the activity to state the number of registrations that are available on the activity.
Edit Registration Mode:
When an activity has a 'registration limit across all registrants' that has been reached and a registrant is editing a registration the following should occur:
- There is verbiage directly under the activity stating # of # registrations are available for this activity.
- Verbiage has been added under each of the registrants that states 'Registration is no longer available.' This should be a verbiage item.
- Verbiage has been added next to the fee control or commerce item stating that 'Registration is no longer available.'
- Verbiage has been added next to the 'Please do not show name on attendee list' stating that 'Registration is no longer available.' The registrant will be able to change this field.
- The registrant will see the Primary Registrant and Guest information from the original transaction, but should not be able to check the box to add any additional registrants to the activity.
- Verbiage has been added next to the disabled guests that states: 'Activity registration limits reached.' Make this a verbiage item.
- The registrant is able to edit fields that do not drive registration under the activities for each registrant such as the meal selection.
- The registrant will not be able to uncheck the box next to a registrant on the activity to say they are not coming on an activity with a fee.

When a free activity or an activity with a fee has registrant limits set, there is verbiage that will display on the activity before a registration is received that states 'Be the first to register'. This is a verbiage item that can be blanked out if you prefer no message or updated if you prefer a different message. The verbiage alias is [FieldControls.IsAttending_lblActivityFirst].
Fee Control Registrant Limits
Registration limits can be set for the entire fee control or for specific fees within the fee control.
Registrant's messaging when limits per registrants are met on an event
When a new registrant hits the 'registration limit per registrant' on a fee control the following occurs:
- The Registrant is allowed to select a fee from the control for their guest, but as soon as they make a selection messaging is displayed at the top of the form letting them know that the registration limits have been met.
- The Registrant is not allowed to select the 'Save and Continue' button and move forward. They must select the 'Cancel' button.
When a registrant returns to the form after 'registration limits across all registrants' have been reached the following occurs:
The guests registered for an event or activity will count against the registrant limit and the overall limit settings when adding the commerce item.
