The PayPal transaction data of the PayPal payments that were processed through Stripe and PayPal integration was not sent to Encompass. This caused transaction omissions in the Encompass reports, and the confirmation emails for these transactions were not triggered. Found that the transactions that were processed directly with Encompass (not via Stripe) were reflected in the reports, and the confirmation emails were duly sent. Updated Encompass to accept PayPal transaction details back from PayPal that were processed through Stripe. |
