The Constituent Management View functionality provides several benefits.
- Improved search makes it easy to find member and non-member records based on first name, last name, email address or unique ID.
- Creates a unified point of entry for interactions with or on behalf of a person.
- Streamlines the process for taking actions as the constituent in the system.
Navigating to Member Look-up
To navigate to the Member Look-up:

Navigate to the Members tab from the top toolbar.

Click Member Look-up under Manage, this redirects you to the Member Look-up page, where you can find Member Information, including non-member records.
Using Member Look-up
You can search members/non-members with Member Name, Email, Member ID, or Constituent ID.

Search the members/non-members with Member Name, Email, Member ID, or Constituent ID. Once you start typing, the result starts to show.

Click on the name of the person you want to view. This redirects you to the member data screen for the individual you clicked on.
Note: The Email shows show a green icon if the email address is valid. There will be a red icon if the email address is invalid.
Options
The Options area allows you to work with the person selected. You can find each option explained below.
Community Profile - This moves you to the end-user view of the person's profile.
Edit Member - This moves you to the Profile form as an admin so you can edit the person's profile data.
Member Site Statistics - This moves you to the Member Site Stats area.
Photo Albums - This moves you to the Member Photo Album area for the person you are working with.
Community Admin Rights - This moves you to the window where you can assign gold key rights to this person.
Reset Password - This moves you to the reset password screen to send the person an email allowing them to reset their password.
Member Actions
The Member Actions area allows you to take actions for the person selected. You can find each option explained below.
Fill Out Form - This moves you to the Forms homepage so you can select a form to complete on behalf of this person.
Register For Event - This moves you to the Events homepage to select an event and register on behalf of the person.
Make Donation- This moves you to the Campaigns homepage to select a campaign and make a gift on behalf of this person.
Sign Up for Membership - This moves you to the Memberships homepage to select a membership campaign and make a purchase on behalf of this person.
NOTE: The Membership option will only display to clients who have the Membership module.
History
The History area allows you to drill into specific areas to view the history for the person selected. You can find each option explained below.
Member Data Change - This moves you to the Data Change History tab for this person.
Forms - This moves you to the Forms History tab for this person.
Events - This moves you to the Event History tab for this person.
Online Giving - This moves you to the Campaign History tab for this person.
Communications - This moves you to the Communications tab for this person.
